MISSION RULES

PRODIGIOUS™ handles certain threads that are meant to express a little more weight and substance by accordingly referring to them as "Missions", which are special prompts and scenarios that help your characters to earn spending Bits, items, cards, and may even secure them a place within the game's running plot.

We offer three flavors of Mission here: Normal, Faction, and Event.

• Normal Missions
Any character, at any Rank, from any Faction, can complete a Normal Mission. These are repeatable quests that can be undertaken any number of times you want, but any rewards that would normally be given at the end of such a thread may only be received one time. Every so often, the running list of Normal Missions will be refreshed as new concepts are explored and old ones are retired.

• Faction Missions
Similar to Normal Missions, except these can only be taken by a character specifically listed in the Faction Requirements. These are also repeatable quests that can be done as many times as you want, but any rewards that would normally be distributed afterward can only be claimed a single time. And, also like Normal Missions, the running list of Faction Missions will refresh itself periodically with new prompts.

• Event Missions
Event Missions are time-restricted instances that only appear on special occasions or when certain requirements have been met on a site-wide scale. Participating in these Missions yield rare and useful rewards for your character, such as new Digivolution forms, new attacks for said forms, and a chance to have a greater influence in the evolution of the PRODIGIOUS™ story.

We must make it known to our players that absolutely no staff involvement is necessary or required for you to partake in a Mission; it is entirely up to you and any other participants as to how to go about achieving the objectives that are listed, as well as the chain of events that transpire during these threads. 

Please note that there are a couple of rules that must be taken into consideration when taking on a Mission of any kind. They are as follows:

• When taking on a Mission, you are permitted to title your thread however you wish, as long as you include a direct link to the page of the Mission that you and any others are participating in.

• When you complete any Mission, please provide a link to the thread in our MISSION COMPLETION page, and one of our Lorekeepers will dispense each participant their rewards appropriately. Every player that was involved in the linked Mission thread must also post using the participating character's account in order to claim their Mission Rewards.

• Any Missions you take on must remain relevant to the prompt or subject matter as described in its respective post. If a Mission derails, or cannot stay the course of the prompt, then no rewards will be issued to the thread's participants after its completion.

• Likewise, if the requirements of a Mission are not appropriately reached or met, the thread is considered incomplete and no rewards will be distributed to its participants.
